What we do
We founded ALPHA YIELD PARTNERS with the primary objective of maximising returns in real estate and alternative assets for our clients. Adherence to our core strategy has delivered strong results to our clients to date, with purchase prices and leverage at almost half the market average.
Our clear objective is to deliver investments that outperform their peers over the medium term. We believe that generating returns primarily through growth in earnings is the most consistent and replicable value driver. At ALPHA YIELD we focus therefore on identifying strategic and operational investments, which will drive to continue growth post acquisition. This we do by making use of our wide worldwide network while bearing in mind our clients´ mandates.
Since our inception we have already closed acquisitions and investments totalling € 1.35 bn.
